How does the progress of the California Hi Speed Train compare with Texas and Florida?
I wrote a hub about the Ca HST and my question is which state actually has the best chance of actually completing the route. CA over 600 miles and both TX and Florida at 240 miles.

I think it's either Georgia or Texas. I've counted almost 30 with Georgia in the title or lyrics. Texas has a bunch, too.
