    Is it a good or bad thing if president Trump doesn't sign the tax bill until January?

    President Donald Trump may wait until next year to sign the tax bill into law, delaying $120 billion in automatic cuts to popular programs such as Medicare and sparing Republicans from having to explain them in an election year.
    SS and Medicare are Taxes created by FDR and LBJ. It is a dumb idea to give control of these programs to congress. When was the last time that they cut a government employees Retirement or Health benefits. I think never.

    Well obviously. He wants repubs to win 2018. Once his fan club sees what this tax bill of theirs does, the repubs are out on their keesters. So, in usual con man, POLITICAL fashion, mr not political will play politics and save the damage until after the 2018 midterms, so his soldiers can get back in there to create even more carnage. His problem is that by then, people should already be dying for lack of healthcare, and anyone so much as mentioning his name will be considered a pariah.
    I Just hope Mueller has done the deed by then. Catering to a minority of not so nice people is exhausting.

      "Paygo rules.If Trump signs now,25 billion in Medicare cuts start immediately.If he waits til January,cuts don't come in until 2019. It's cynical,and yes.Political.And he's a great liar.And so are his minions...who will,after all, be HURT by him.
