This is a follow up to the previous post regarding the increase in American poverty levels under Trump's presidency. Do you contend that the lower classes(not homeless), the impoverished, & the homeless are that way because of poor decision making or are there external occurrences that causes such people to be in the lower or underclass socioeconomic echelon?
Some homeless are there because they want to be, some due to problems, of their own making, some due to external circumstances. MANY homeless are mentally ill, and should be provided homes instead of left to make it alone on the streets.
As for lower class, that is due mostly to choice.
I think you making a wide assumption to blame such a long standing homeless problem on a year of the Trump administration [1]year first , second , most homelessness is in one way or other self inflicted as is the all overall wealth or poverty that homelessness resides with , guess; 80 % self inflicted .
Conservative presidencies since 1992 = 8 years out of 26 ?
Note ; This new UN report is so sensitively biased by timing as to render it totally useless . One year in such a long history AND the U.N. in all it's known fiscal , military and political inefficiency can inform us of that ?
