    Sooooooo....are the liberals and Democrats willing to admit to being wrong?

    “As it begins to wrap up its investigation, the Senate Intelligence Committee has not found “any direct evidence” that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians during the 2016 presidential election, according to a report on Tuesday.
    “After two years and interviewing more than 200 witnesses, the Senate intelligence Committee has not uncovered any direct evidence of a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia,” NBC correspondent Ken Dilanian told MSNBC anchor Hallie Jackson.
    She appeared stunned by the revelation.”

      The senate minority leader disagreed with the majority leader, Mike. Did you neglect to mention this or was it on purpose?

        The Republican head of the Senate Intelligence Committee thinks his Republican boss is innocent.

        Fortunately, his claims are just in time for the start of Trump's campaign to get himself re-elected next year.

        Randy, I'm disappointed you don't agree with him.  wink

          And I'd like to add, Trump's reelection campaign has been churning for over a year.

            I was referring to Trump's campaign kickoff speech in El Paso.

            Probably because the internet creates an illusion of majority and consensus, politicians play to the most they think they can garner a vote from.

            This climate has escalated exponentially because of social media.

              More and more the web (not just social media, but the vast majority of everything posted) reminds me of the snake oil salesmen of the old west.  Preying on the naive, the trusting, they went forth with lies and "spin" to convince others that a falsehood was true.

              And we're seeing the same thing today - we haven't learned that everything we see is only part of the picture, or simply an outright lie.  We trust, and it isn't working.  The web is, or could be, the most valuable resource ever created in the history of mankind, but when it is used as a propaganda tool more than an information source we do ourselves a great disservice.

              I agree. Extremists and special interests on both sides have used social media to inflame differences.

              Compromise is nearly gone as a result. But at least we all compromise on these forums.  smile

            I believe because there's little agreement on what makes a "better" country, or at least where thrre's agreement on that, there's not much agreement et mentioned on how to get there. We're looking at an unbridgeable divide.

              If we are looking an an "unbridgeable divide", then the future is bleak.

              Our Founding Fathers created a Constitution that included compromise as a core principle. If no one is willing to compromise, then nothing will get done.

                No one could have conceived of how divided this country has become.  The only other time, arguably, it was divided this way was during the years just before and during the Civil War.  Not making predictions, but things do not look good for the US.

    Unfortunately, there is no right or wrong in the game of politics. As long as your actions can irritate your opponents and rile up your base, your doing "good" by political standards.

    As the Senate Intelligence Committee wrapped up their investigation and concluded that there was no direct evidence of collusion — guess what? Now the House Intelligence Committee is going to be restarting their own investigation.

    Truth, facts, common sense — they have no driving role in the game of politics.

          So the left is all bad and the right is all good? In that case, if we must protect the purity of the right, we should:

          1. Strip the left of citizenship or;
          2. Put them in concentration camps or;
          3. Expel them from the country.

    That's TWO big hoaxes completely obliterated here, in the year of our lord, 2019
    . 1. The international lugenpresse, anti-white, anti-Christian, and anti-American slandered a child, many journalist calling for violence against him, and his school. And why? Because he stood and smiled peacefully in the face of some Native American idiot doing some moronic crap in his face with a drum.

    2. Of course the Russian conspiracy thing was completely made up. The establishment couldn't stand to lose. But globalism is over. Mass migration is OVER. Let the right wing across America, and Europe rise. Amen.

    Further, the persons who own the international lugenpresse continue to lose credibility, right along with their precious EU, and their precious Democrat party. I smell the death of the EU and the Democrat party. Smellls sweet.
