Provided the courts are indifferent to bribery, perks, and the positions of the individuals being tried. If the defending and prosecuting attorneys willing to use only the truth relative the accusation(s) and not use, as it is here in the USA, who can debate the irreverent facts the best it is. But it also require revealing the actual meaning of the laws and what is required to obtain a conviction.

I was twice tried for "obscenity" that has one of three things to be charged with but it must be specified which one they are being caused of. I was found guilty after reminding the court neither of the three had been proven. Was that "justice, stability, unity (or) progress" in maintaining the so-called democracy here in the US?

Hi, The0NatureBoy, hardly. But the democracy in question here is the results of the 2019 elections in Nigeria. They are winners and they are losers. Will justice be done when the ruling party is trying to clam down the judiciary?

The government of re-elected President of Nigeria, Rtd.General Muhammadu Buhari is set to put down the opposition and all legit institution. What will the United State, Great Britain, China the foremost of the world powers that recognized and congratulate Buhari do to help democracy in Nigeria? Good pointer indeed.

What will happen in Nigeria depends on how well "The Nigerian PEOPLE" comprehend what a democracy is. A democracy is when the will of the people - who votes on everything to determine if the mass of THE PEOPLE want it implemented or not - rules the governors who are OBLIGATED to OBEY that will. I don't believe any nation is presently a democracy, the ones which were in place, the American Naives ARE the only ones I know have existed, were squashed by the "fake democracy" of these dis-United States of America. So, it depends on if the Nigerian PEOPLE are willing to pay the price for democracy; it hasn't happened here in over 140 years.

What the peoples want to be implemented, the president said no, the governors said no. So when the people refused to vote again, the politicians thumbprint the ballot papers and stuff same into the ballot boxes.

This type of democracy by the president for the president; and the governors for the governor, and the politicians for the politicians, do no America exported it?

As the system is disorganized right with America, why does she sells it to the third world? Thank you.

The system is not disorganized in America. Our courts interpret the constitution. They don't rewrite it to suit the government in power. We have two interpretations. One is it is written in stone and one is it is a living breathing document. We may argue, but we certainly aren't in jeopardy of losing free and fair elections, constitutional guarantees for our citizens or any other things we call inalienable rights.

Nigeria, at the moment, appears to not be a democracy. What do you mean by 'disorganized right with America'? Are you saying the state of affairs in a Nigeria mirrors that in America? If so, how so?

You know little about the USA, it wants to control the entire world as the tree in Daniel 4:1-34 reveals is why. It is her destiny but see how it has to be cut down and the stump managed by a band of iron ("son of god" boy co-president) and a band of brass ("son of god" girl co-president) for eliminating all of the discontent world wide so the "ten virgins" can be sealed (Revelation 7) to survive the over heated furnish (Dan. 3 that types the United States) where half of the five virgins are protected from it in Armageddon.

The world's less that 10 years of life, the prophecies are coming to an end with the two sons of god's not being in the White House is preventing from happening until the sealing is over. Presently, the US is Mystery Babylon that is to be destroyed by double the weapons she has used in war fare. So, other than what is fore told, each nation has to do whatever they can until here demise is completed.
