I was on Twitter today and I saw the a post with the hashtag Wrong Trump. I started to investigate what this meant and found out that Trump's brother, Robert Trump, passed away from COVID. While I have a passionate hatred for the president, I do not believe there should be a Twitter trend following the death of a man as a result of a pandemic. Even though Trump does not seem to be all that phased about his brother's passing in public, it does not mean that he is the same way behind closed doors.
This trend is absolutely disgusting and wrong, Trump and his family are humans like the rest of us. Even though he is an enemy to the US, he should not be treated as if his feelings don't matter. We should do better and mimic the President's behavior and take to Twitter to share inappropriate posts that cross the line.
Thoughts?
Not sure where you found your information on Robert Trump's death. I have not heard or read anything about what caused his death. No mention at all that it was COVID-- I did see the quote from a Bishop Talbert Swan "Dear Grim reaper, Wrong Trump". No surprise, many on the left can be uncouth and show lack of decorum. That has come to be a norm over the past four years.
I find it very insulting that you presume President Trump is an enemy of the US. I certainly don't consider him an enemy, and fully respect him as my President. It's very unfair and unkind to post such a comment without any reference to where you got your information. It's your right to as you put it "have a passionate hatred for the president." However, very uncalled for to presume President Trump is an enemy of America, and to assume his brother's death did not phase him. He has not even been out in public today... His brother passed late last night. He immediately provides a heartfelt statement.
Donald Trump announced in a statement. early this morning.
"It is with a heavy heart I share that my wonderful brother, Robert, peacefully passed away tonight. He was not just my brother, he was my best friend. He will be greatly missed, but we will meet again. His memory will live on in my heart forever. Robert, I love you. Rest in peace," the President said.

If you read more carefully, I clearly stated that just because he does not look phased in public doesn’t mean his brother’s death isn’t affecting him.
I noted that... However, what stuck out is you claimed Robert Trump died of COVID, when his cause of death has still today not been reported. And then there was this " Even though he is an enemy to the US," This statement is very inflammatory, it is leading and presumptive on your part.
Not trying to be argumentive, but your comment invited controversy. I will move on, I spoke my mind, as you did yours.
Yes, its a pity you had to slip in that President Trump, whose younger brother passed away, who he was very close to since he was born, is someone you "passionately hate" and who you believe to be "an enemy to the US." Maybe you can explain why you have those beliefs.
Explaining and exposing the reasoning behind that point of view would be very interesting to me. Could you elucidate?
