"Now that the U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan is complete, many stories of heroic efforts to save Americans and Afghan allies are pouring out, each describing one facet of the chaos and dysfunction that plagued the effort to evacuate all of those in Kabul who had placed their trust in the United States. Among the most tragic examples is the story of how the Biden administration left behind more than 100 government-sponsored journalists, plus their families, after putting them through three weeks of hell."

The Government admits most of the Afghani citizens that held special visas to leave did not get out. So who did get out? … ghanistan/

I would like to know the true number of American's that have been left behind. More and more is leaking out that many more American's were left in Afghanistan. While Biden claims his withdrawal was a success...

This man played the blame game, claimed success, and now hopes to move on.

Are you willing to move on, and just forget those left behind?  Has it become easy for us to sweep any and all that make us uncomfortable under a big old rug?

As of today Sept 2, 2021, There are no answers on how many American's have been left behind or any reports from Our Government on any of the American's that have been admittedly left behind.

Biden, Nasria wanted to home. --  And still does...

"They’re going door-to-door … trying to see if anybody has a blue passport."

Taliban is ‘hunting Americans,’ says California mom-to-be left behind in Afghanistan...The American, who just got married and said she is pregnant, says she wonders if she will die in Afghanistan.

A pregnant woman named Nasria, a California native, flew to Afghanistan in June to visit family and get married. As of early September, she remained one of the estimated 100 to 200 Americans left behind in the chaotic withdrawal of U.S. forces, according to a report.

Now that the U.S. military is gone, the Taliban is "hunting Americans," she told the Voice of America.

"I think to myself, ‘Am I going to make it home? Am I going to end up living here? Am I going to end up dying here? What’s going to happen?'" Nasria, 25, who asked to be referred to only by her first name for safety reasons, said. … fghanistan

Posted this article to bring awareness that we have many American's left behind in Afghanistan, unsure of their fate. There are many stories like Nasria's...

Frankly, I have a hard time being sympathetic for those people that voluntarily visited Afghanistan, whether it be for job, family, tourism or marriage.  Whatever the reason, it was well known that Americans were leaving, that the Taliban would soon be in control, and that the risk of visiting was enormous.  I do not feel it necessary to risk additional lives to bring them out of the clutches of the Taliban.

Great point...  Biden made a real mess of the withdrawal and would hope we need not send in troops to get Americans out at this point.  I agree that it seems reckless to have traveled to Afghanistan knowing that the Ameican's agreed to pull out and that the Taliban would be the new Government.

IMO the Biden ad. won't send in troops to evacuate the remaining American hostages but will release the 9 plus billion of the aid money from the US to the Taliban to pay the ransom for all the "hostages" that remain to be recused.  I also think the brain-dead Biden will take a bow for getting "All American's home". blah blah blah.

It's not hard to predict what Biden will do... He loves Chocolate Chip ice cream. LOL, He likes to run out onto a stage (three strides). Yeah, not hard to predict what this fellow will do.

The $83 billion reflects all the money spent to train, equip and house the Afghan military and police all left behind. No sweat, just take it out of tax payers. Peanuts compare to 6 trillion used for covid war fare.

You hit the nail on the head... Many American's (not all) condone Joe's spending spree---  Me not so much.  Between you and me, I think many American's are awaking to all the Biden blunder, and are having buyers remorse.

The US government has not only left the journalist behind but as per a senator  a  senator almost 400 Americans are they still in Afghanistan and I don't think they're going to be allowed to leave for some time until  a bargain is made. How stupid the American government and Joe Biden have been that the very men who were involved in 9/11 and were imprisoned by the Americans and later released in a prisoner swap are know cabinet ministers in the Taliban government. I think there are four of them. I cannot imagine how  the American government has touched nadir  and  it is not an example conducive to American leadership of the world. In the part of the country  people are openly talking that America is not the nation to defend democracy.

It would very much seem like Biden has a true problem brewing. Yesterday it was reported that thus far the Taliban is keeping planes from taking off. This would indicate these people are hostages. In my view, I would venture to say the Taliban is negotiating their release for a large amount of cash.

Biden's plan was very poor and seemed to be very much upside down to what one would think a president would use to evacuate a country.

And yes, I am aware of what other countries are feeling, due to internet articles that are being posted.

America is at a period where we are divided, and it well appears it's getting worse, not better. We may lose our democracy in the end Many want a more socialist kind of Government.
