Polls show Sheehy's ad blitz is boosting his numbers in Montana primary (Nov 21, 2023)

"Montana Senate hopeful Tim Sheehy and his allies mounted an ad blitz earlier this year to boost him through a possible GOP primary. It might be paying off."

House GOP’s Biden impeachment effort heads into final stage (Nov 21, 2023)

"House Republicans are closing in on a make-or-break moment in their drive to impeach Joe Biden, with GOP centrists remaining highly skeptical of the effort even as its leaders look to decide in January on whether to file formal articles against the president.

Even with a planned deposition of Hunter Biden in the coming weeks, the party remains in a tense spot, with centrists signaling that the party’s investigation hasn’t yet met their bar for an impeachment vote and the right flank ratcheting up pressure to move forward."

After OpenAI’s stunning ouster, policymakers are warning that AI could turn the economy on its head (Nov 21, 2023)

"Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Director Rohit Chopra is warning that the nature of the technology powering artificial intelligence could lead to oligopolies with sweeping implications for the economy.

Chopra’s comments came in the wake of the stunning ouster of OpenAI’s co-founder and CEO Sam Altman. The reaction to Altman’s firing — and his subsequent hiring by Microsoft, OpenAI’s largest investor — underscores how AI’s future will likely rest with a handful of very large companies and their boards, Chopra told POLITICO on Monday."

Certainly the stock markets.  They are missing the biggest concern, is the other nation's AI (IE - China) and their ability to use it to fleece billions from the market.

However a more imminent threat, is the Dollar's demise, which thanks to Biden's wonderful foreign policy efforts has led to:

UAE officially stops using dollar for oil trades
      https://article.wn.com/view/2023/11/27/ … il_trades/

The global financial landscape is witnessing a seismic shift as the United Arab Emirates (UAE) boldly moves away from the US dollar in its oil trade dealings. This strategic pivot aligns with the broader ambitions of the BRICS economic alliance, of which the UAE is a recent addition.

The damage done by the Biden Administration is epic in size and proportion, its really hard to wrap one's mind around, to be this detrimental to the nation has to be by design, the Administration has to be working to undermine America.  That's the only thing that makes sense of what they do.

CTIL Files #1: US And UK Military Contractors Created Sweeping Plan For Global Censorship In 2018, New Documents Show

Whistleblower makes trove of new documents available to the Public showing the birth of the Censorship Industrial Complex in reaction to Brexit and Trump election in 2016.

They describe the activities of an “anti-disinformation” group called the Cyber Threat Intelligence League, or CTIL, that officially began as the volunteer project of data scientists and defense and intelligence veterans but whose tactics over time appear to have been absorbed into multiple official projects, including those of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The CTI League documents offer the missing link answers to key questions not addressed in the Twitter Files and Facebook Files. Combined, they offer a comprehensive picture of the birth of the “anti-disinformation” sector, or what we have called the Censorship Industrial Complex.

Chairman Comer rejects Hunter Biden’s request to testify before the Committee in a public hearing...why?  LOL where is the transparency??

    Rep. Raskin..
"After the miserable failure of their impeachment hearing in September, Chairman Comer has now apparently decided to avoid all Committee hearings where the public can actually see for itself the logical, rhetorical and factual contortions they have tied themselves up in. Chairman Comer’s insistence that Hunter Biden’s interview should happen behind closed doors proves it once again.  What the Republicans fear most is sunlight and the truth.”

    Agreed.

    What's happening?
    Who agrees with following statement?

Fox News uses free government approved airwaves, and yet it is nothing but a 24 hour hit job on Biden and the Democratic Party for purposes of Election interference. Lachlan Murdoch, its Chairman and CEO, is a slimeball who has been able to get away with these constant attacks for years. It is the world’s biggest political contribution to the Radical Right Republicans who, by the way, are destroying our Country. Our government should come down hard on them and make them pay for their illegal political activity.

Thumbs up? Should the government crack down on negative press?  This is possibly an area that the first amendment of the Constitution and it's protections of freedom of the press should be reworked? Limited?

    Meanwhile in Texas...

Kate Cox, who is 20 weeks pregnant, filed a lawsuit this week asking a state district court in Austin court to temporarily block the state’s abortion ban, because she has been unable to get the procedure due to concerns of violating the law. Cox’s baby was diagnosed with trisomy 18 and is not expected to live more than a few days outside the womb, according to the suit.

Cox, 31, has been to three different emergency rooms in the last month due to severe cramping and unidentifiable fluid leaks, according to her suit. She has had two prior cesarean surgeries – C-sections – and, the suit said, “continuing the pregnancy puts her at high risk for severe complications threatening her life and future fertility, including uterine rupture and hysterectomy.”

In an emergency hearing Thursday, a judge granted a temporary restraining order against the state that would allow Cox to immediately have an abortion.

“The idea that Mrs. Cox wants desperately to be a parent, and this law might actually cause her to lose that ability is shocking and would be a genuine miscarriage of justice,”

    Enter the Texas attorney general...
Ken Paxton warned Cox’s physician she could still face civil and criminal penalties at some point should she perform the court-ordered procedure.

Excuse me but what the actual hell?

They really don't care if people live or die do they? Just as long as they're forced by the state to give birth.

Second guessing physicians and putting decisions in the hands of politicians and  courts?

Cox’s gynecologist, Dr. Damla Karsan, has previously said she had a “good faith belief” that Cox falls under the legal exception to the abortion ban, but couldn’t provide the abortion without a court order because she “cannot risk loss of her medical license, life in prison, and massive civil fines” if her belief is not accepted by the courts.

Politicians and courts determining healthcare.  This is what Republicans want. Pure control.

I applaud the courts decision, and hope to see many more in the future.  But..

"Politicians and courts determining healthcare.  This is what Republicans want. Pure control."

Pure control...without ever looking into the root or the "why's" of the question.  We both know that the reason is to prevent millions of murders each year, murders of innocent children that cannot defend themselves against the scalpels of the killers.  Democrats don't care about those deaths; they are irrelevant or, perhaps, just the "deplorables" being killed off wholesale.

The question is why you refuse to acknowledge that, instead laying an emotional (and false) argument against those that disagree with your own stance.
