According to recent research studies, including the Pew Research Study, the Latino population is 62.5 million, the Black population is 47.9 million, & the Asian population is 22 million. Meanwhile, the Caucasian population is 256 million. There is a portension that by 2060, even 2040 non-Caucasians will outnumber Caucasians, explaining that the birth rate among Caucasians is decreasing while those among Latinos are rapidly increasing. Latinos accounted for 51% of the United States population growth. Do you believe that Caucasians will become a minority in the United States? If there will be a non-Caucasian majority in America, what does it means for American culture & society? Will this result in more inclusivity or in a stricter racial stratification system?

So I wouldn’t have any worries myself; although those that fear change may have a different view.
In my view, other than where the dominant race imposes some form of apartheid (to some level or another) e.g. historically in America and South Africa and currently in Israel and Turkey etc., then there tends to be a natural tendency towards ‘inclusivity’ – with some exceptions of course, such as Northern Ireland.

The Tampa republican debate brought up the topic of a national language. This would mean all politics would be dealt in the English language. This includes voting ballots. What are the bonuses to such a policy and on the other hand what are the unintended consequences?
