House Oversight Committee: Biden Committed Impeachable Offenses
State of the Union: The president participated in influence peddling to enrich his family, per report.

The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability released a report Monday asserting that President Joe Biden engaged conduct worthy of impeachment. The committee, chaired by Representative James Comer (R- KY), states that the president has “participated in a conspiracy to monetize his office of public trust to enrich his family,” mishandled classified information, and engaged in the obstruction of justice in order to conceal the extent of his involvement in unsavory practices.

The 291-page reports lays out a series of questionable business dealings done by various members of the Biden family, including his brother James and his son Hunter, the object of which was securing the influence of Joe Biden’s name and position as vice president of the United States.

The transactions detailed by the report include interactions with a Kazakhstani oligarch, Russian and Romanian businessmen, the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisima, and various corporations tied to the Communist Party of China. It also alleges that former donors to Joe Biden’s campaign provided large loans on questionable terms to the Biden family.

The report further argues that during his presidency, Biden has “repeatedly evinced a hostility towards and unwillingness to cooperate with the House’s impeachment inquiry and Congress’s legislative oversight,” arguing that the administration has impeded the investigation of his activities and obstructed the carriage of justice.

The report concludes that there is sufficient evidence to impeach the president: “As both president and vice president, Joe Biden has abused his office of public trust, putting his family’s financial interests above the interests of the American people. Although the Committees’ fact-finding is ongoing amid President Biden’s obstruction, the evidence uncovered in the impeachment inquiry to date already amounts to impeachable conduct.”

Since even the Dems have recognized this and thrown him under the bus, I do not think it is worth you guys even bothering with. Kamala is only going to use any conviction of this crook to distance herself even more from him, and insider traders like Pelosi has already abandoned the loser. About the only one even trying to defend him anymore are people like Eso that have not yet realized the truth.

It doesn't matter the publication...read the report.  This story is in MANY publications.

The publication always matters. Aren't y'all the folks to claim all the press is biased? When it is even in the title of the publication, I think you can pretty much know what to expect.

In many publications the report was: It's over.

"Trump did not divest from his businesses during his term and gained $2.4 billion of revenue from January 2017 to December 2020." - Forbes

"Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump reported between $172 million and $640 million in outside income while working in the White House, according to an analysis of financial disclosures by CREW"

This post did not take five minutes on Google to research.

Interesting how nobody is accusing them of using the office of the presidency to enrich themselves.  When you have a business, it doesn't stop making money because you're president.  He did put his business in a blind trust so he had no control over the operation.  Kushner and Ivanka had outside income.  So?  Lots of people work outside their jobs and make money.  I've done it many times.

      This is from the report.

"First and foremost, overwhelming evidence demonstrates that President Biden
participated in a conspiracy to monetize his office of public trust to enrich his family. Among
other aspects of this conspiracy, the Biden family and their business associates received tens of millions of dollars from foreign interests by leading those interests to believe that such payments would provide them access to and influence with President Biden. As Vice President, President Biden actively participated in this conspiracy by, among other things, attending dinners with his family’s foreign business partners and speaking to them by phone, often when being placed on speakerphone by Hunter Biden.

For example, in 2014, Vice President Biden attended a dinner for Hunter Biden with Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina.4  Following the dinner, Baturina wired $3.5
million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a firm associated with Hunter Biden.

Then, months later, as Hunter Biden and his business associates continued to solicit more money from Baturina, Vice President Biden participated in a phone call with Baturina and Hunter Biden where Vice President Biden told Baturina, “you be good to my boy.”6
Moreover, President Biden knowingly participated in this conspiracy. Based on the totality of the evidence, it is inconceivable that President Biden did not understand that he was taking part in an effort to enrich his family by abusing his office of public trust.

The evidence also establishes that the Biden family went to great lengths to conceal this
conspiracy. Foreign money was transmitted to the Biden family through complicated financial transactions. The Biden family laundered funds through intermediate entities and broke up large transactions into numerous smaller transactions. Substantial efforts were also made to hide President Biden’s involvement in his family’s business activities."

Here is a link to the report.  It details how he used his position as vice president to influence foreign governments to give money and positions to his family members.  It's quite clear.

President Donald Trump did nothing wrong.

      Are you serious?

Do you have any idea what Hunter Biden did or why it was illegal?

PLEASE read the report.  Look above and just read an excerpt of the report.

And a congressional report doesn't have a bias?

Undercutting the integrity of the press as a whole is the first thing a dictator does. Trump elevated this tactic to an art form.

When it comes to President Donald Trump there are so many lies told about him that people have come to believe.  It is a shame.

"U.S. news giant admits to serious lie about Trump
Agency forced to issue major correction after massive error concerning former president

Legacy wire service the Associated Press has admitted it lied about Republican candidate President Donald Trump's agenda for a second term, if he's elected in November, issuing a massive correction to its own report.

The original was a statement that aligned with the Democrat talking points being used to try to promote Kamala Harris, the candidate the party's elite picked to replace Joe Biden, whose public appearances of late have delivered to the American people evidence of his mental decline.

It was AP's description to a second term agenda as "Republican" when, in fact, the agenda at issue, "Project 2025" was assembled and released by the Heritage Foundation.

Trump, in fact, has denied being affiliated with it, and has criticized some of its points.

The earlier linking of the document to "Republican" Trump had aligned with false messaging repeatedly used by Democrats to try to attack Trump.

PBS host apologizes for reporting Trump pressed Netanyahu to abandon hostage deal: 'This was a mistake'
Netanyahu's office called report a 'complete lie'

PBS NewsHour anchor Judy Woodruff apologized Wednesday for reporting a story about former President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that both leaders have staunchly denied.

Woodruff posted an apology to X expressing regret for reporting this week that in a phone call, Trump urged Netanyahu to delay a hostage deal between Israel and Hamas until after the 2024 presidential election to benefit him politically.

"This was a mistake and I apologize for it," Woodruff wrote.

      https://www.foxnews.com/media/pbs-host- … al-mistake

These two are just from today.

Here is a blatant lie the democrats continue to push even since it's been debunked.  biden continues to spread this lie.

"Left wing fact checker admits Trump never called Charlottesville neo-Nazis ‘very fine people’

The left-leaning fact checking website Snopes acknowledged Saturday that former President Trump never called neo-Nazis “very fine people” during his press conference following the Charlottesville “Unite the Right” rally in 2017.

Critics of Trump have claimed for years that he equated neo-Nazis with counterprotesters following the event.

President Biden was chief among those critics, citing the supposed incident as a main reason for launching his 2020 campaign.

“While Trump did say that there were ‘very fine people on both sides,’ he also specifically noted that he was not talking about neo-Nazis and white supremacists and said they should be ‘condemned totally.’ Therefore, we have rated this claim ‘False,'” Snopes wrote.

      https://nypost.com/2024/06/23/us-news/f … ne-people/

Here is another lie biden continues to repeat.

"Trump Called Fallen US Soldiers 'Suckers' and 'Losers'?

However, there appeared to be no evidence of an audio or video recording of the remarks in question, nor was there any documentation, such as transcripts or presidential notes, to independently confirm or deny the alleged quotes' authenticity. Moreover, since Snopes did not witness the in-question comments firsthand, we can't say for certain whether Trump called fallen soldiers "suckers" and "losers."

Just days later, Zach Fuentes, a former White House aide who left the administration in early 2019 and was with the president on the Paris trip and presumably near him during the in-question conversations about the cemetery visit, stood up for Trump in an interview with Breitbart.

Referring to Gen. John Kelly, who was with Trump during the trip as his chief of staff, he said, "I did not hear POTUS call anyone losers when I told him about the weather. Honestly, do you think General Kelly would have stood by and let ANYONE call fallen Marines losers?"

Reporting on Fuentes' interview with Breitbart, The Washington Post noted that the phrase "I did not hear..." is not the same as "it didn't happen." Furthermore, there was no evidence of Kelly being around Trump to hear the alleged comments."

      https://www.snopes.com/news/2024/06/28/ … -losers-2/

So, what do you do when you're President Donald Trump and people in the media continue to blatantly lie about you?

That's all you can really do when things get to this  level, when insanity is being pushed as normal.

When people that hate what America stands for pretend to stand for the very liberties and freedoms they are determined to destroy.

Isn't that what is seen at the DNC today, a collage of country singers and Texas sheriffs promoting that it is the Democrats fighting to close the borders and save the farmers... Despite this being the exact opposite of what our eyes have told us is going on.

Again, being sued, losing in court, proves nothing in today's America.

It was two months ago, shows like Morning Joe were telling Americans Biden was sharper than ever, that clips of him looking as if he had dementia were fakes.

CNN spent months downplaying and dismissing the Hunter Biden laptop,  since confirmed as authentic by many sources, including Congressional hearings.

In 2020, CNN settled a multimillion-dollar defamation lawsuit filed by Covington Catholic High School student Nick Sandmann and his legal team over the network’s inaccurate coverage of a viral confrontation with a Native American elder that had portrayed the Kentucky teen as an aggressor.

A variety of CNN pundits and hosts accused podcasting giant Joe Rogan of taking "horse dewormer" after he announced he was taking Ivermectin, prescribed to him by a doctor, among other treatments after testing positive for coronavirus.

The list of false reports and fake news is so vast, books have been written about it... literally.

The point being, sources some people seem to believe are beyond reproach have been caught often telling lies... and also have been sued, and lost, or settled.
