Charlie Rangle steps down as Ways and Means Chairman.
Too bad he didn't have enough character to resign entirely.
Come on, he wouldn't have stepped down unless he wasn't pressured by Party leadership, do you really think they're going to force him to resign his seat entirely? Democrats!?
Kind've like a certain governor who went "wandering in Appalachia"...hmmm.
The sad part is, he didn't really step down, he just asked for a "leave of absence". That scumbag doesn't even have the good sense to step down. It's pretty bad when you're bigger scum than Nixon, at least he had the good grace to resign.
