There has to be some compromise between those who want the legalization of marijuana and those who don't. We are about freedom aren't we?
This hub offers you my unique solution to this issue. Don't worry, it's not too long. I'd like to hear your feedback!

Hey, if you chuck the seeds out into your back yard; it will grow!!! What is so illegal about nature?
What were you doing with those seeds in the first place, young man!
...and i only read it 'cause you're handsome...down with marijuana!
I also think marijuana will be legalized in some states. It really for the most part is already legal for the smaller user. Penalties in most states are pretty tame. The larger dealers are the ones that have the law against them.
What ever people want to do.......Hey that's fine. Supporting marijuana and using marijuana still will have a stigma. It wont go away quickly and laws cannot currently regulate industry's requirement that they can test and regulate their employees.
Some industry wont care. However, as long as we are talking about freedom we shouldn't be able to restrict a business owner's freedom to employ those who don't use drugs.
