Fistfight over passenger’s right to eat spaghetti in NYC subway ignites an etiquette debate

An Internet video that shows New Yorkers brawling over a passenger’s right to nosh noodles on the subway has ignited a debate about what people should and shouldn’t do in the nation’s largest mass transit system.

yech..has anyone ever ridden the NYC subways?
i certainly wouldn't eat anything in them..they are so germy and dirty.
The sweet aroma of urine doesn't help my appetite either...
I don't know what possessed that woman to make such a comment. She was looking for trouble. The other woman with the food obviously wasn't bothered by her surroundings although I think most people would be put off.
