Thats right! Obama knows full well that his bill won't pass. It's almost the same bill he submitted before and couldn't get democrars on board to support it. So why the big showy speech? Why this push to travel across the country and "sell" it?
As with all things Obama, this is about holding onto power. He is doing all this in an attempt to blame republicans for his failure, to portray them as unreasonable, and against the interests of the people. This whole thing is nothing but a political gamble, a chess move to remain king!
