7 students attacked a female student resulting in her being knocked unconscious while on school bus. The student received a onslaught of punches and kicks even to her head.

Who is responsible not only for these attacks but for the viciousness of these beatings and not just with child but with so many more which as been in the news? Time and again I keep hearing people talk about how they are, how we are basically good people yet continuous an endless abuse take place, if people are so good why are so many surveillance equipments, security guards etc. apparently necessary for people to go about their daily lives?

Can you turn of your tv for long without seeing some heinous crime? Can you buy a video game that is not kill, kill, kill? The Japanese have excessively violent media. But they have almost no crime except the Yakuza. Something about the culture.

But the vast majority of people never commit a violent crime.
