There are mail order Brides......why aren't there mail order Husbands?
You have to look at why there are mail order brides.
For the most part older average or less than average guys are looking to marry an (attractive woman) who will be completely dependent upon them and not challenge or make demands.
The majority of these men could not attract beautiful women in their home country because these women would consider themselves to be "out of their league".
Where as a woman living in a poor country might overlook the appearance of an unattractive man earning $35k per year if it means moving to a country with a much higher living standard.
Most women in the western world have no interest in bringing over a (docile guy) to be a stay at home husband and depend on them financially. There are a lot more "sugar daddies" and "trophy wives" than there are "sugar mommas" and "trophy husbands". Most women would be offended if a man expected them to {pay for date} let alone take care of them for life!
Note: You don't see many western women looking to move to other countries for marriage. Money & gender expectations.
It would be the equivalent of them going back in time!
