Depression is an individual disease and in women its mostly caused by physical and emotional factors.
It must be treated with love, understanding and utmost care, before it reaches any emotional or behavioral problems.
The quantity of stress we experience throughout our daily lives will determine between happiness or depression.
That is why it is so vital for a husband to have a positive attitude towards his wife, if a husband is loving and caring towards his wife, her positive emotions will be elevated and her life will change.
COLOSSIANS 3:18-19
18. Wives, submit yourself unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.

Keep in mind that seeds of; anger, hurt, fear, regret etc. held inside are destroyers of ones mind and there will be no relationship without her mind, it takes two minds to make a successful marriage (one hand cannot clap).
Depression Symtoms to Look For
- Loss of sexual desire.
- Loss of humor.
- Sadness
- Hopelessness
- Loss of appetite and weight or Sharp increase of appetite and weight gain
- Poor concentration and poor memory (always forgetting).
- Complains from her that's not clearly understood.
- Premature morning awakening
- Deep sighing or moaning
- Insomnia
As a husband King of your Castle and your wife the most precious possession you can ever possess. If you detect any symptoms from the list above you should begin instantaneously to comfort his other half (wife), the greatest gift given to man (outside of Jesus Christ) by God.

How to Help Your Loving Wife
Remember to be a great man one must know how to humble thyself and give of yourself to others, Jesus died for us, spat upon, wounded for our transgressions etc. and we did nothing to deserve it, therefore with that in mind help your wife you will be rewarded.
To help your loving wife follow these steps below;
- Honey I don't know exactly how you are feeling but tell me, I am willing to understand and want to help in whatever way I can.
- Pray, Jesus said whatsoever you have need of just ask - pray together.
- Nourish your wife

28. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife, loveth himself.
29. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh but; nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church.

- Don't argue, quarrel, lecture etc. this will only make things worst, she will think you don't understand the gravity of the situation.
- Never hold in mind that she is hopeless.
Question - If she was the only women in the world and you had to compete with millions of men for her, what will you do?
You got her brother, take care of her!
- Buying her a bouquet of flowers, card, chocolates etc, can uplift her good emotions, even a phone call to say how are you feeling dear, I miss you, I love you etc.
- Sometimes tell her how much you appreciate her and she is the only woman you desire to spend the rest of your life with, so I am here to help you with whatever you are going through.
- Be a good listener, listening to her emotions (women are emotions) and respond according in love.
- Remember she need you to gain physical strength, through your understanding "If you don't have understanding then pray for it, it shall be given you, be sincere and ask the heavenly father."
- Sometimes depress people will sleep all day, encourage her to go outdoors to get fresh air, stretch her muscles, go walking, jogging, etc even shopping (she can't refuse that)
- This one is really good, by her a note book and ask her to write all the wonderful things that she can think about, this can make her feel good and try to do some of things she have written down with her.
- Help her to relax, take deep breaths, relaxing can do wonders.
- It is proven that exercise is one of the most important things to help depression, let her join a woman's gym where she can meet up with other ladies, have conversations, laugh etc or establish an exercising routine at home.
Husbands I will like to wish you all the best and have patience things take time, Rome was not build in a day, I believe you can do it.
