Hubby can't cook, so I asked him to chop three onions for the potato salad and baked beans. As I walked through the living room, this is what I saw:
LOL Makes perfect sense to me...although without the mask I just generally do it underwater.
LOL! Can't say as I blame him, I think my hubby would get try this if he had to cook.
Oh my gosh.....I can't stop laughing..this is to funny.......some reason onions..rarely make me cry...
BTW, I've tried to explain the potato thing to him on NUMEROUS occasions...but I guess this is the manly way to chop onions!

habee, who's doing the BBQ? I mean, if he can't handle a few tears from the onions, is he really gonna be able to stand the heat at the smoker?!
Mo, I do almost all the work. He places the wood on the burner. That's about it. lol
Actually, it's a team effort. I trim,rub/marinate the meat, and wrap it. He starts the smoker. I usually prebake the ribs low and slow in the oven and then tranfer them to the grill to brown and get some smoke flavor. Cory, my son-in-law, usually does the charcoal grilling.
It is against the Man Code to cry, unless while watching Old Yeller or Clannad ~After Story~. Aside from that, crying is the Cardinal Man Sin.
I love the way men and women think differently. Women just plow through, suffering if they must... enduring till the jobs finished. Child birth taught us that. Men refuse to suffer any unnecessary discomfort. Too funny.
