Lying about what? The best ways to catch someone in a lie is to look for contradictions in someone's story. Ask them about a certain detail, and wait a few days. Ask about that detail again, and see how they respond. Sure, some people just have a bad memory. A lot of times, people will not make eye contact if they are lying.
