First and foremost, you have to be a true friend to you.  Secondly, if you can start with looking to yourself as to your expectation of others, then reduce this, you start to accept people for who they are.  Be the example and others will follow.

In order to learn about truth, you need to learn about unconditional love and it is from this you will find happiness and joy in others.

there is no need to tell about it, true is true.with the passage of time it is proved automatically.

a true friend like syou no matter what, never judges you even in the worste situations and always listens unjudgingly.. they are there for you when you need them and never complain when you always ask for help.. just remember true friendship goes both ways no matter what.

Tricky because some people are such good actors.  When you hit a rough spot and they stay with you all the way through it, you can put them on the good friend list.  Over time your list will shorten.

Its better, to judge a person by what he, or she, "does" ... than by what he or she, "says" ...

I saw this Truth dawn on the face of a Korean [or perhaps a  Chinese, or a Thai] boy, on vacation, in Australia with his girlfriend.

Both were saved from certain drowning by lifeguards at Bondi Beach, when Rip Tide hit the beach.

When, the couple were being dragged out by the rip tide, the girl, heavier than the boy, instead of supporting the boy, started to push him down and under, in order to keep her own head above sea water ...

I could see, she was doing it deliberately i order to keep herself from drowning ... what could have been ... at the cost of her infatuated boyfriend !

I am quite certain, the boy, has learned his lesson ... though accidentally, and the hard way.
