i dont' give my husband affection like I used too and he needs me to do so how do i start again?
When people stop offering or accepting affection in their love relationship, they usually have a pretty good darned reason not to. Often, it is our REACTIVITY that is the culprit. When we are reactive (angry, resentful, bored, etc) we do not want to offer or receive affection from our partner. I'd recommend a very good book on this issue, by David Schnarch, called 'Intimacy and Desire'.
