Is it ok to worry when your girlfriend goes clubbin and your not there?
What part are you particularly worried about? You not being there or your girlfriend clubbing? But whatever the reason is for her being on her own, you either trust her or you don't. If you trust her then 'no' it's not ok to worry. If you don't trust her then rather than worrying you have to sit down and discuss it with her.
well i dont mind her going clubbing and i trust her completely- it's the other people that i dont trust. last time she went peple got in a fist fight over her.

Do you have any techniques for dealing with worry?Do you worry a lot? Do you have techniques that you use to deal with times that you can't help but worry? As a side note: While making this question I wrote 'worry' at least twenty times and now it is starting to sound like a foreign word...hate it...
