In order to find the right one for you to even consider marriage, you should first work on yourself as a person. Do research on what the opposite sex is looking for and find out what they consider marriage material to be. After that set goals for yourself to get out there and date. Marriage should be done one time, so in order to pass this test you have to do your homework and study...lol
You dont select a partner. you find one. its like fate. you will know when you find that person that is thatperfect someone you cant live without... dont rush, when its time you will know.
