Do you listen and act on other people's opinions or go with your own?
depends on the advice,if the advice is a better solution I will follow the advice.
Depends on whether their opinion makes sense and also how desperate I am to achieve what it is that I am after.
I try to be as objective and open-minded as possible. I consider both my opinion and the opinion of other people. Then I go with the one that is right.
Aah... follow the crowd or find your own path?
It's a matter of hearing all the options and finding the best solution for the problem, whether that came from me or another doesn't really matter.
It Depends. if the given advice is similar to what i wanna do than only.
I like to consider the opinions and advice that I receive from others. I consider what their opinion/advice is, then I consider my own position and situation. I find the best solution is usually a compromise. If their opinion holds water, and mine has logic as well, then a new opinion can be formed including the best of both worlds.
It rather depends on how conflicting the opinion is with my thoughts or views. I mean, I am open minded to others opinions, but I mean, if they are insulting or contradictory to my morals or beliefs, I politely decline their input.
Mostly my own, because I trust my Self.... but Im open to others opinions because sometimes one can learn a new perspective.....
I always listen to other people but decide and act on my own as it's the best way to ensure you don't go wrong.
Accept all the views, evaluate their respective merits and take the the decision accordingly. Sometimes the wisest view may come from a fool.
My own. However, my opinion is bound to be influenced by others so they get their say. But my opinion is the one that counts for me and it is what I should be measured against. I think we owe it to ourselves to follow our own paths and not get tempted to follow someone else's well trodden path. This might not be right for everyone, but it works for me.

Is it important to you to listen to the opinion of others, even when you disagree?Often we have discussions with others on 'hot topics', on which there may be much disagreement. Is it possible for you to respectfully listen and allow that person to share their viewpoint?
