    He should hug her,Kiss on her forehead try to talk anything which is funny and also ask her to wear a dress which is love and take her out for dinner,and at every second make her realise she is important and most loved one.

    Be humble. Admit your mistake. And take action to rectify it.

    Make amends. Make her laugh. Do thoughtful things, and find ways to remind yourself to continue to do them, always!

    Don't let any nice things be only about amends for this one event, but change your life behavior toward loving her more thoroughly.

    Depends on what the guy has done. When my boyfriend forgets that I'm coming over and instead goes to a party, he always makes me dinner the next night, watches movies with me, cuddles, gives a full body massage, and I sleep over.

    Say her 'I Love You'...make her realize that you need her now and forever. Sit near to her, hold her hand gently. Try to whisper in her ears that she is your ultimate love and you will not annoy her again. If possible Kiss holding her in your arms till she smile.
