    How can toast a girl?

    Sometimes, I find it difficult to talk to a girl that I would want to be my girlfriend. This happens due to the fact that I am often shy talking to women how can I overcome it?

    Well, it sounds to me like you need to accept yourself. You get shy out of fear of rejection. "Will she think I'm stupid." or "Maybe she wont like me." There is a lot of pressure. Woman like a strong man. I dont mean muscles, I mean head strong. Do not give a d@mn about what ppl think of you, work on your confidence. You will definitely land your lady real quick.

    talk about things that won't lead to romance or intamacy. talk about something you know she is at least a little interested in. humor is a good ice-breaker also. this might sound silly but walk up to her and tell her a quick, funny joke and if she laughs, conversation will be much easier after that.
