The problem is that people think they function better with a drink. Personally, I think I do but if I were honest with myself I would have to say that after one or two, I become more awake and probably function better. More than that my senses would start to get duller, so that I only think I am functioning better. It is only when we are really high, that we may admit that we are not as capable but by that time we are passed caring.
When I have a beer I do better when I play my video games its really strange.
Doesn't alcohol "kill" brain cells?
I get having a relaxing or celebratory drink, .......but come on, not the need to get blind running drunk and losing control. I surely hope that I do better sober and alert than on dead brain cells.

For me, whether i need a drink or not would depend on the situation. If i am really sleepy and tired, then i would need my tea to wake me up.
However, i must have my breakfast but if i have so many errands to do, then i would rather finish all those errands and have brunch instead.
So far, it has not effected me as i suppose i have trained my body to work as such. I also try to have 5 light meals rather than 3 large meals and sufficient sleep, at least 7-8 hours a day.
I wanna sleep after i eat healthy food,so i eat snacks and drink water when working. That helps me stay up.

Well you see,it's like this... A herd of animals can only move as fast as the slowest one. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural...
