What is the Worst Possible Thing to Say on a First Date?

I'm not sure what the rules are exactly as far as what we can say on Hubpages, but just try not to be too graphic. You can draw from experiences or from imagination, whatever you want.

My last-girlfriend was so gorgeous - you should meet her. Oh my god, she was just perfect, hilarious. Just everything about her seemed amazing, y'know?

Years ago, at the show watching Romeo and Juliet on a blind date.  I had a soda, and was sort of playing with the straw and the guy took it from me.  I said hey, give me back my straw and he said in what I assume was supposed to be a romantic voice--"You mean OUR straw,"  Very creepy....first and last date, don't even remember his name--I could not get away from him fast enough!

I was on a blind date a few years ago and had a guy tell me that some day he wanted a house with and underground garage so that when he pulled his black camaro our of the driveway he could feel like Batman driving out of the bat cave. Did I mention he seemed to have "compency" issues. Oh yea, Camaro...

"Man! my daughter is going to be so proud of me!!"
    smile
    or

"So, you don't like...have any kids or anything do ya?"

There are endless things that are terrible to say!
In essence, whatever is the opposite of what that date believes in, or feels strongly for...that would be the worst thing you could say to them!

    Ex. To a vegetarian date:
"Mmmm, I like my steaks BLOODY!, yeah, I eat cow a lot...what ELSE are they for?!"

yeah........that wouldn't go over so well!

Worse first date lines I've received:

"So, what do you want the wedding to be like?"

"When can I meet your family?"

"I always give women a ride home from the bar when they've had too much to drink."

"I'm not really a cat person."   "One day mommy will come home and you won't be here."

"I really like you, but I'm not ready for anything serious. Would you consider being friends with benefits?"

"I always have this lofty view of a women when I first start dating them, but then something happens that makes me realize they're human and I just seem to lose interest."

"Most of my friends are women ... all ex-girlfriends, actually."

"What kind of activities do you like to do for fun?"   "Wow.  That's stupid."

"Before we go to dinner, I need to go back to my hotel room and take a shower.  Wanna join me?"

"My ex's daughter still lives in my basement.  She's smokin' hot with coltish legs that just don't stop ..."

"Don't I know you from somewhere?"

"My friend thinks you have nice boobs."

one of the worst things you can say is "take those off".
of course, depending on the response, it could be one of the best things.
