   Even though most of us don't, and I'm guilty of not doing so myself, but as Christians we are called to do just that. It's a tough one and I do admit, I don't always do it when I should or as quickly as I should.

      I apologize or I forgive, in my case I forgave but didn't want her around  anymore  she refused to apologize, but shes Jewish not christian. Jews are not into apologizing or forgiving because it brings them down. Christians are taught to be humble.

   No, I won't apologize if I feel I have done the right thing. But I will apologize if I think I am in the wrong, even if the other person doesn't think so. Just to maintain peaceful relationship, if I apologize, it is equal to cheating.

   Not really. Maybe I should consider it more, but in general, if I think I am right, I will maintain that position. If I am shown wrong, I would like to think I apologize as quickly and sincerely as possible. I think its a question of integrity. You wouldn't want people to start soliciting expected results from you. If you are known to give in they will take advantage of you. I think you're right about the soft touch part.

   Yes because sometimes even if we're right apologise anyway you'll come out on top.
