    That all depends, if you start dating and everything goes well then everything should be fine but if the relationship ends on a bad note, then just think you have to see them everyday, so pretty much it can go either way.

    Ever? Of course there are marriages that have taken place between people who met on the job. However it's important to keep in mind that MOST dating relationships don't lead to marriage. With that being said there are some inherit problems they could arise in failed relationships between co-workers especially when one of them begins dating again. Having to see or deal with an ex 40 hours a week can be difficult for most people. Eventually someone usually goes to work for another company.

    Yes, my wife was also my collegue for many years, the main thing to remember, the same as married couples who are colleagues, is to not let your relationship intefere with work.
