How would you break the new?
When my husband and I first meet he pretended as if he had it all together. But he is very timid (huge turn off),afraid of productivity and complacent. I think we need time apart. What do you think? How would you break the new?
I don't think time apart is the answer , He needs your love and support not you deserting him - that will only make things worse .
When you marry you vow to be with the person rich or poor, sick or healthy. You don't have the luxury of taking time off from a marriage any more than time off from being a parent.
Sit down with him and tell him how you feel, and let him tell you how he feels. Be specific and tell him what you need from him that you are not getting. There has to be a way you two can find a way to make it work if you are in love with each other.
Thanks guys for the support and advice. I posted this because i don't have allot of positive outlet when comes to keeping a happy and healthy marriage, and yes, I do love him very much. I just want him to excel and see what i see in him.
I wrote a hub about having a happy family life , might be of help.I was in hospital so didn't get to say a lot on here but I hope things work out for you.

In a marriage that is falling apart. Cant take much more verbal abuse. Isolation. He always...finds ways to make me feel sad. Just need some people to talk to who might understand. I dont get to talk to anyone anymore.
