Is it me or is the art of conversation dying?
I am travelling around meeting people often and find most people don't ask questions anymore... they just talk about what they are doing..
Also a lot of people are negative and bitchy so when you do ask questions they look at you as if you have done something wrong . I am enjoying meeting the tourists that are coming thru at work as most are friendly and chatty .
I notice the same thing...it is sad, really, people only want to talk about themselves, lately I just notice that I tend to ask questions more, than answer them.
Exactly!...keep seeing it time and time again...meet someone and spend an hour listening to what they ....and then they walk away without even asking and what about you, what are you doing in Thailand...or what did you do in Australia...etc...nothing
