I cook 3 meals a day for my family including my husband. I couldn't imagine expecting him to cook after working 60 hours a week!

I don't cook for my man. He might get food poisoning each time and he knows it. I'm not a good cook and he knows it. I'll do the laundry and clean the house. In turn, he cooks and fixes things. We both work, him full-time and me part-time, and I'm a college student.

I actually enjoy cooking.  I'm not saying that when I'm married I'll be cooking three meals a day seven days out of the week but I find it rewarding when people enjoy and appreciate my meals.  Since I don't actually have a man, I cook for my little man.  ;-)

If both the man and the woman work full time, I see no reason the woman should be the one that cooks.  Whoever has more time should cook.

Now that my husband is retired, we split it up fairly evenly.

When he was working, I was home, and the girls still lived at home, I cooked dinner for all of us.  Other meals everyone was on their own.
