Sensitive issues around gender identity and expression
Do any folks here experience or posit certain "vices" as a possible component of their gender concept? For *clarity*, it's possible that said components are or might be regarded, personally and publically, accurately or as sheer conjecture, as fetishes or "fetish-like". As this is the net, not a mailing list, the issue may be a non-starter, and thus the question "d.o.a.", but curious as to people's thoughts on this.
One's gender or sexual orientation does not determine what vices or fetishes they adhere to. There is also no specific vice nor fetish specifically associated only with a particular gender or sexual orientation. Anything that a heterosexual may like as a fetish, you will also find an equivalent homosexual that has the same fetish. I hope this answers your question, though I may have completely missed the question entirely.
Language is important. The word 'fetish' equates psychologically with 'paraphillia'. This means that the individual absolutely needs the presence of the desired object or behavior in order to achieve sexual satisfaction. Relatively few people have this issue. The genuine range of human sexual expression is extremely wide. Those who worry that a sexual desire, play style, or items used in sex are aberrant are often surprised to know just how many other people are engaging in the same things.
