Choosing to share a house with a divorcing spouse? how would you advise them?
What kind of advice would you give to a man who is planning to continue sharing a house with a person that no longer wants to be married to him? How do you think this will work out?
I would say this is not a good idea. If its for a few months until the house sells or one finds a new place, well that's one thing, as long as they can be civil. If its long term, then I would say no, they are divorcing for a reason, not moving out could mean not moving on. If there's children involved, I would definitely say living separately is the best option for the sake of the kids, which is the only thing to be concerned about in my opinion.
