Get your own blanket. There's no way to win the covers wars!

@JimTXMiller isn't that the truth!  I don't think there will be any objections to separate blankets.

If she doesn't like the idea of her own blanket, ask her to try dressing a little more warmly for bed than she usually does. If the covers come off her during the night, perhaps she won't feel cold and won't tug the blankets off you.

You could also try getting a much larger blanket, or even join two together. If the new larger blanket is draped so well over the both of you, all the way to the floor - even bunched a little onto the floor on either side of the bed, it would be difficult for the blankets to come off either of you during the night.

Suggest sleeping in seperate beds. Not because you have the intention to sleep alone and have covers, but because this way she will understand how much it is affecting you and will try not to do it in the future. Basic reverse psychology, simple yet effective.

Do what my boyfriend does to me and just push her off the bed.

my hubby and i sleep on 2 different beds and we have our own blankets. We do sleep next to each other, no separate gaps in between. More freedom to kick around , toss and turn and snore anyway you like!

Tape them down......or add extra covers you ,can wiggle out of her hand....this has to be done with a great deal of precission and technique as to not wake her.....
all else fails.......break wind....she may leave the covers!!
