What I learned from my work life is the concept of "baby steps." Sometimes we can be faced with a huge burden of work or a project that when looked at in total seems too overwhelming and too difficult. That is when I gear down and just start working, or moving or whatever because I know it has to be done and sitting and saying it is too hard gets nothing done. So I take one tiny step, or baby step at a time and just keep going until the job is done.
It works in everyday life too when things gets overwhelming and you think you can't go on, put your head down and just take tiny steps then pretty soon the steps get bigger and bigger until you have overcome that which overwhelmed you.
