To stop an argument between wife and husband is not easy.If husband accept his fault then it possible.Sometime wife should accept ......
By talking and coming to a conclusion. We do not like fighting with each other, and try to come to an agreement quickly. Try doing something nice for your partner.
It takes two to argue. If you refuse to be baited and argue, then it is going to be pretty boring for the spouse when you do not respond. That is not to say things should not be talked out, but wait until you are both less agitated. Refuse to be baited into a shouting match. Everyone loses when an argument degrades into a shouting match.
Simply say, I want to talk about this but I will not be verbally abused - and drop it until you can both approach it calmly.
It's something called the Gottman Dialogue. I know this becase I've read a book on the subject (Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work) and I've been to marriage counseling. Basically, you have to learn how to acknowledge that you understood what your souse just said and you have to show empathy for their point of view. You have to say things like "What I'm hearing is that you're saying...and that it makes you..." "That must make you feel...because..." It sort of pumps the breaks on the argument and causes everyone to slow down and listen. Part of it is accepting the fact that most arguments will not be won.
