Love

   Love ending.
   
   Suffering beginning to take hold of me.
   Turmoil ensues for as far as I can see.
   Emotions run rampant.
   Drama never stops.
   
   Love destroys; it takes hold.
   Fits us into a destructive mode.
   
   To expect it to be is a fallacy.
   The fairytale ends as quickly as it began.
   
   Leaving me destroyed.

      Love does hert:[ an im sorry that it has to be like that but at the same time mabby the hurt is nessisary... like if you cant open up your heart to get hurt then how are you ever gunna feel the full extent of how good it feels..... But when you do an then it gets just distroyed...how long will it take to get over ?

      "emotions run rampant" &

      don't let it destroy you. i knew this one guy and i thought i would die without him and it turns out he was a real jerk and after a time he tried to get me back and it felt really good to tell him to go to hell.

   Whatever it is that has this drab of a hold on you definitely isn't because you have Loved!   Figure out what it is and move on.  God that poem was depressing!

   I think everyone happens to be missing the point to begin with. It's a newbie. And, it's in the wrong category. It should be in poetry? Not gender and relationships.
   
   Poetry does have it's own category.
   
   Just a thought.

    Love is......
    Honesty
    Support no matter what
    Not judging the other
    Not holding a grudge over past faults
    Not provoking the other to cause a fight
    Calling or texting them just to say hi
    Protecting them
    Always seeking to go the extra mile and do your very best for them
    Never getting comfortable but learning new things to keep the relationship fresh
    
    These are some of the things that express love. That poem is only a reflection of someone who either never experienced love or is heartbroken. Love never hurts. But a loveless person hurts.

    i must tell u this is the part I hate but here he goes. I have been single for years but let me get that out of the way anyway. I am (mike)a nice, caring person who would do anything for a friend. I like to laugh and have a good sense of humor and I like that in a person. I'm easy to talk with, happy 99% of the time. I love all kinds of music...AUBURN football!! I love the beach and I love the snow! I love the smell of fresh cut grass, the sound of a baby laughing, clouds, sunsets, the sound of my mother's voice, puppy breath, and hot Southern evenings on my porch, sitting in a porch swing, rocking chairs, working in the garden, lying in the grass, Al Green in an outdoor concert, hiking, photography, going new places, a beautiful view, the smell of pine, Blue Spruce, cabins in the woods, hot baths, natural springs, flowers, Autumn, Winter, snow, catching a snowflake on my tongue, cuddling by the wood stove, painting, laughing til we cry, Celtic Music, a good book, a cool breeze, the smell of the beach and the sound of the waves, birds of all kinds, being of service, taking care of people.
    Not looking for anything more than friends~Thanx!

    From the beginning of my life I have been looking for your face but today I have seen it. Today I have seen the charm AND the beauty,the unfathomable grace of the face that I was looking for.
    Today I have found you and those who laughed and scorned me yesterday are sorry that they were not looking as I did. My heart has burned with passion
    and has searched forever for this wondrous beauty that I now behold I am ashamed to call this love human and afraid of God to call it divine.
    My soul is screaming in ecstasy every fiber of my being is in love with you AND i must tell u My arrow of love has arrived at the target I am in the house of mercy and my heart is a place of prayer.
