Only if she wants to change. It is so much more important to accept someone for their own individuality.
Why would you want to change them? Everyone is a unique individual and I think it's important to enjoy the people you know for what and who they are instead of trying to change them.
If you're in a relationship where you feel the need to "change" your partner (be they male or female) then you're in the wrong relationship! Find someone who appreciates you for who you are and give the same appreciation to them. Live by the Golden Rule - treat others how you would like to be treated. That's the foundation of solid relationship, not a bag of crazy and drama like you'd start by trying to morph someone into what you want!
If you feel the need to change someone that's a sign you've chosen the wrong mate for yourself. Most people want to be loved and appreciated for who (they) are.
It is okay to change girls as you please not every person can be satisfied with one partner that would also depend on what your reasons are for changing the girl to another.
