      Severe is a interesting word when it comes to oral sex. Are we talking women to men or men to women. Other than sore throats, dry mouths, or irritated genital parts I don't think there are risks with SEVERE oral sex. Be careful that you don't hurt your tongue though and it would be a shame to loose all those tastebuds. smile
