    how do you know whether you really love someone. How do differentiate whether its is love or liking(admiration)?

    Generally speaking after you've had your first serious argument or have seen each other's "warts"/"imperfections" in one another and still feel that he/she is still "the one" for you. It takes (time) to truly get to know someone.  The "infatuation phase" usually ends in 6-8 months
