Have you forgiven those who have hurt you in the past/present? Have you forgiven daters who hurt you
If you google the definition of forgiveness you will find the following definition:"Forgiveness is the intentional and voluntary process by which a victim undergoes a change in feelings and attitude regarding an offense, lets go of negative emotions such as vengefulness."I have forgiven those who have done things to hurt me. The key to forgiveness is letting the negative emotions go. It does not mean you will move forward wth friendship or dating because that person is not of good character. A snake bites naturaly. Have you forgiven someone who hurt you? What was the meeting/conversation like?
Yes. Once, one of my best friends grew jealous of a girl I was dating, and thus stopped talking to me for awhile. Eventually, I was able to talk to him and work things outs. I believe forgiveness is a wonderful thing. For me, it's hardest to forgive people who have hurt my friends or family. If you mess with me, that's bad enough. But harm my loved ones, and it becomes very difficult for you to redeem yourself in my eyes.
"A snake bites naturally." Interesting; I don't think I blame animal predators for taking lives; they have to feed, after all. Only humans, with concepts of morality, seem to willfully wish injury upon others.
