            Are you kidding me? Did you do any research on this before you published this question?
            
            There are WAY more males than females in the world. We outnumber women by a great deal.
            
            Do some research before you ask dumb questions. 80% of the world.. Yeah, and men are just a moment away from extinction!

               What you been smoking. Ya' know, I wrote a hub that has references to help you with whatever's wrong with you. Or maybe your just blind and don't see how the female gender grossingly outnumbers us. You see it on public transportation, downtown (Mr big s*** talkin' New York man), in your neighborhood, everywhere. There's like 4 women to every single man. And you live in a big city like New York? If you can't see that female outnumber us by a large margin, then you must be blind.

   you sure of that? i saw a show . mind you it was a show but it was on nova. that showed that nature keeps a even keel on things . for instance in war time when males are being killed . more males are born .   how can we explain suck statistics?

   As of 2000 gender statistics, there are about 100 women to 120 men in the world. That ratio is pretty constant in North America, and Europe, as well as Africa.

   According to Wiki, there are 101.3 women to every 100 men, even though fewer females are born, they live longer.

         Please check out the link....more boys BORN but they don't live as long, the ratio ends up being very slightly in favor of the GIRLS!

            You have GOT to be kidding me! Did you actually read the Wikipedia article? It says there's 101.3 MEN for every 100 women.

                     NO, no, not at all.  You were just getting the record straight, and I appreciate it, but now I really am CONFUSED!   I looked at the Wiki article, which DID end up slightly more men than women, but then an ASK article says more women than men, so which is it really?  I wish I had the facts correct in my head at last!
