Like, around 80% of the world's population ratio is female.
Are you kidding me? Did you do any research on this before you published this question?
There are WAY more males than females in the world. We outnumber women by a great deal.
Do some research before you ask dumb questions. 80% of the world.. Yeah, and men are just a moment away from extinction!
What you been smoking. Ya' know, I wrote a hub that has references to help you with whatever's wrong with you. Or maybe your just blind and don't see how the female gender grossingly outnumbers us. You see it on public transportation, downtown (Mr big s*** talkin' New York man), in your neighborhood, everywhere. There's like 4 women to every single man. And you live in a big city like New York? If you can't see that female outnumber us by a large margin, then you must be blind.
Four females for every man?
You must have pulled your statistics from a David Lee Roth music video.
I heard it's seven females ''on'' a male...could it be higher force?...If you're a man, don't worry, we still live in a man's world!
you sure of that? i saw a show . mind you it was a show but it was on nova. that showed that nature keeps a even keel on things . for instance in war time when males are being killed . more males are born . how can we explain suck statistics?
Think back to grammer school when there were 25 kids in a classroom, with only around 10 boys.
further more there are 40 million abortions a year world wide the main reason for these abortions is gender . girls die boys live .
As of 2000 gender statistics, there are about 100 women to 120 men in the world. That ratio is pretty constant in North America, and Europe, as well as Africa.
The above was provided by ask.com
According to Wiki, there are 101.3 women to every 100 men, even though fewer females are born, they live longer.
Here's the link:

I agree on that, woman do seem to live longer in most cases
There are more boys. You girls just have to accept it.
Please check out the link....more boys BORN but they don't live as long, the ratio ends up being very slightly in favor of the GIRLS!
You have GOT to be kidding me! Did you actually read the Wikipedia article? It says there's 101.3 MEN for every 100 women.
"Although fewer females than males are born (the ratio is around 1:1.05), ...
human population, there are 101.3 men for every 100 women (source: 2001 World..."
Although fewer females than males are born (the ratio is around 1:1.05), due to a longer life expectancy there are only 81 men aged 60 or over for every 100 women of the same age. Women typically have a longer life expectancy than men. This is due to a combination of factors: genetics (redundant and varied genes present on sex chromosomes in women); sociology (such as not being expected in most countries to perform military service); health-impacting choices (such as suicide or the use of cigarettes, and alcohol); the presence of the female hormone estrogen, which has a cardioprotective effect in premenopausal women; and the effect of high levels of androgens in men. Out of the total human population, there are 101.3 men for every 100 women (source: 2001 World Almanac).
Fourth paragraph in the Biology and Sex section.
You know, you're right. I got confused with the Askville article, that says there are slightly more WOMEN in the world right now...
I'm sorry if I sounded like a 5 year old having a tantrum.
NO, no, not at all. You were just getting the record straight, and I appreciate it, but now I really am CONFUSED! I looked at the Wiki article, which DID end up slightly more men than women, but then an ASK article says more women than men, so which is it really? I wish I had the facts correct in my head at last!
I gotta say, I believe Wikipedia a little better. They have experts who review every article submitted. Ask.com is like Google, you can't really trust it.

I am a 31 year young guy. I am single and also virgin. I am suffering from female-phobia i.e. love-shy. Is there anyone who can help me to remove this phobia or tell me how to get rid of this?
