If Yahuwshuwa did away with the law..... Then why are we being judged by it in the future?

Isa 24:5  For the earth has been defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the Torot1, changed2 the law, broken the everlasting covenant3.
Isa 24:6  Therefore a curse shall consume the earth, and those who dwell in it be punished. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth shall be burned, and few men shall be left.

Footnotes: 1Torot - plural of Torah, teaching. 2Jer. 23:36. 3This is the only reason, according to all Scriptures, why the earth shall be burned in the day of judgment – see also 13:9, 13:11, 26:21, 66:24, Mic. 5:15, Zeph. 1:2-18.

He dis not do away with the Law, He rather simplified and fulfilled it all in one fell stroke. If you are loving God, and loving neighbor as yourself, you are fulfilling the original Law (ten commandments).

You are not being judged by someone or something else only by yourself, your heart, what you know to be right and what you know to be wrong.

We are often our own worst self critic, hence when you go before the One Mind you are asked to judge yourself with the truth clear as day for you to 'see'.

You and only you determine your fate, for the truth stands alone and cannot be denied as we do on this planet.

Of course I could be wrong, its happened before.

Mat 22:36  “Teacher, which is the great command in the Torah?”
Mat 22:37  And Yahuwshuwa said to him, “ ‘You shall love YaHuWaH your Elohim with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your mind.’
Mat 22:38  “This is the first and great command.
Mat 22:39  “And the second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbour as yourself.’
Mat 22:40  “On these two commands hang all the Torah and the Prophets.”

    He's quoting  Torah.
Deu 6:5  “And you shall love YaHuWaH your Elohim with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your might.
Lev 19:18  ‘Do not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the children of your people. And you shall love your neighbour as yourself. I am YaHuWaH.

Joh 14:15  “If you love Me, you shall guard My commands.
Joh 14:23  Yahuwshuwa answered him, “If anyone loves Me, he shall guard My Word. And My Father shall love him, and We shall come to him and make Our stay with him.
Joh 14:24  “He who does not love Me does not guard My Words. And the Word which you hear is not Mine but of the Father Who sent Me.
Joh 15:10  “If you guard My commands, you shall stay in My love, even as I have guarded My Father’s commands and stay in His love.

Rev 12:17  And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to fight with the remnant of her seed, those GUARDING THE COMMANDS OF Elohiym AND  possessing the witness of Yahuwshuwa Mashiyach.
Rev 14:12  Here is the endurance of the set-apart ones, here are those GUARDING THE COMMANDS OF Elohiym AND the belief of Yahushuwa.
Rev 22:14  “Blessed are those DOING HIS COMMANDS, so that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of life, and to enter THROUGH THE GATES into the city.

The law is not done away with. It is only made simpler to accommodate our weaknesses and to express the love God for us. That is why Paul says that we cannot continue to live in sin because we are under grace.

Jesus didn't do away with the law, He fulfilled it.  There is a huge difference here that most people choose to ignore.

We will be judged by our sins even though the blood of Jesus covers us much like the blood of animals did for the people before Jesus.  He was the perfect Lamb of God.

That doesn't mean we can ignore doing right and living by God's laws.  We should want to live by them and be true.

It's like the Ten Commandments, we choose to keep nine of them out of Love for God, yet we don't keep the one that meant the most to Him.  Keeping the Sabbath with him, making it Holy and pure, spending time with God.

    How sad is that?

Those of us who are born again and are destined to spend eternity in heaven with Christ will not face judgment. Christ is our mediator! "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." (Romans 8:1) Only those who have not repented and been born again will face judgment. Those of us who have been born again will be rewarded according to our works, but not "judged."
