   I am afraid your question is misleading and unclear. Romans 8:1 tells us that  true believers are no longer under God's condemnation, because the Lord Jesus took it upon Himself while He hung on the cross.  I am not sure what you mean by what you have asked.

      In my experience many people walk in condemnation when there is no need for them to do so. I think this is a legitimate question.

      Your explanation has clarified your meaning. Yes, I agree. Many professing Christians still feel condemned because they do not have assurance of their salvation. Many folks need to come to understand that Christ has set them free from sin's penalty.

   Condemnation is not the same as conviction. Condemnation is the continual feeling of guilt that follows one through life due to a lack of understanding that Jesus Christ has forgiven your sin and it is gone. The adversary tries to make the believer feel condemned over and over again. This is just chasing your tail. You can never come up for air until you understand that there is a difference between being condemned and feeling conviction. Conviction is the feeling you get when you sin. Carrying condemnation through your life after you have been forgiven is totally unnecessary. Satan  is KNOWN for accusing the brethren. (Rev 12:10) Then I heard a voice from heaven shout, ... Satan accused our people in the presence of God day and night. Now he has been thrown out!. Many people feel condemnation but they need to learn about the difference between being convicted of sin and being condemned over and over again. God is a forgiver and He also is a forgetter of the past. New sin falls under conviction. Try not to commit new sin.1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from ALL unrighteousness."

   The Condemnation I am refereeing to is when the preacher tells you from the pulpit that if you rob God of the tithe, you will go to hell because no thief will enter heavan, or the congregation condemns you for having more or less than them. Then the bible is contridicting itself because is therefor now then no condemnation in Him. Why then does one still feel condemned in the church?

      Tithing is traditional doctrine of the church. Malachi 3. People are wrong to condemn you. If you feel condemned you should repent of your OWN sins and forget what others think about you. They are sinning, too. See my comment above.

      The preacher and the church are mistaken. Tithing has no connection with salvation; it is a good work that believers do in obedience to God.  If they do not obey God, they will lose rewards, not salvation. The Bible does not contradict itself.

      2 Corinthians 9: 7 Each of you must make up your own mind about how much to give. But don’t feel sorry that you must give and don’t feel that you are forced to give. God loves people who love to give. (Just another thought about giving)
