   Is reincarnation real or imagined? Are we doomed to have the same experiences over and over again?
   
   Can we break the cycle by learning life's lesson and finally have peace and harmony in our next life?

   There is a great deal of  scientific evidence that reincarnation exists. Even the early Christians believed in it.
   
   The Christian religious institutions began to suppress this because it did not want the masses to think that there is more than one chance for them. This created fear so that institution can control the masses.
   
   You don't have to repeat the same experiences for each life.
   Each life can bring you new experiences. You soul is attempting to experience something new each time you reincarnate.
   
   However, it one commits suicide to not experience something the soul is seeking to experience, then the soul will cause the person to reincarnate again in an attempt to get the soul's desired experience. However, this does not apply to those who commit suicide to avoid the pain and loss of dignity in a hopeless situation where death is imminent.
   
   When the soul has experienced all what it needs to experience then reincarnation will cease and soul will re-unite with God.
   
   Also wish to add that the goal of each reincarnation is not to learn lessons, but to experience and "re-member" your relationship with God.

   With many Asian and Oriental religions, there is the idea of reincarnation, the idea of the dead person being reborn and if that person remembers a past life, he will say, ah in a past life, I was, whoever.
   Then there is Buddhism, not a religion, with the principle of karma and rebirth (cause and effect).  If a Buddhist recalls a past life, the narration will be allong the lines, there was this person who's possitive and negative karma caused the creation of this life to work it out.  There is no presumption of being the previous person reborn.
   Breaking the cycle, getting off the great wheel of returning, it's called Nirvanna/Nibanna, enlightenment, found by following the Eight Fold Path.

   Reincarnation Is Real ... but not in the sense, as defined by Hindu Mythology, or Buddhism etc..
   
   You will surely Experience, Rebirth, at a certain point in your Being.
   
   Because, after death, we are "Resurrected" by God ... For the dead do not have the power to Rise, and then assume the body of a street dog, or a king ...  For such is not the least possible, by powers of, what be a long dead Self ...
   
   Thus, we are "Recreated" by One, who Created us, in the First Instance.
