Religion says that God is a benevolent entity. If he is really a loving and caring character, then why did he make a world which is infested with ugliness, poverty, darkness and injustice, not to mention the wars and premature deaths of the most upright of his followers?
The world (whether you believe it was made by a god or just an inevitable consequence) is a beautiful place full of wonder, shame about the people that infest it.
What an absurdly inane reply
Keep believing your supernatural God.
That, apparently, is my specialty.
Now if all you others would push off to Mars or Venus with all your fighting and whinging and moaning I will be able to enjoy this wonderful earth.
Get educated. The world is just a set of atoms that came into a random sequence, out of an inflation that occurred 13 billion years ago. There is no wonder, except in your head. If you don't know about these things, then go to your local library, and cure your rustic ignorance.
Can't use internet there. Poor guy
Not sure why you are foul-mouthing off at me, I guess you can't read what I wrote, maybe a little complex for you ?
I must be using a software the translates Chinese into English
No - the problem is your inability to understand English.
My inability to understand English? Sure!

Wow - I've been away for months and the same old trolls still leaving slime trails ?
I guess you didn't get such a good score in English then? There is nothing wrong with that sentence that quotes the post I was answering, maybe I could have put quotes around it, but then even most half-wits would be able to read it just as it is.
Update the software, buddy. I hate to see thicko getting hurt
"There is nothing wrong with that sentence that quotes the post I was answering, maybe I could have put quotes around it"
Maybe your belief in random chance of the creation is the reason you are such a troubled woman. A hope could cure your ills. If everything is random chance then there is no hope in a better place or justice. I would be troubled too. You can tell by my username what side I fall on. I have hope and am not troubled at all.
this world wasn't created by a god i'm sorry to say. the reason you see so many bad things is perhaps because you have closed your eyes to the good things. there are so many amazing people out there that i can't see why people think this planet is such a bad place.
"there are so many amazing people out there"
I believe this world was created by God, you need not be sorry for your beliefs. I see bad and good things in this world. If humans had not rejected God the world would be perfect like the Creator God intended. There are amazing people out there, and this planet is not a bad place. It is not perfect but it is the only one we have.
I guess, so pessimists and the perpetually negative could be happy too?
God didn't make the world this way, we did.
We were allowed the freedoms to choose our own path. This is where our path choices have led us.
Of course, a person's view on the world as it is today is different depending on the person. Are you a glass if half full or half empty kinda person.
God created a perfect world. Humans chose to turn their backs on God, and some continue to do so. That is why the world is not perfect anymore.
In my humble opinion. I won't argue so don't try to goad me. Or try if you like, I won't argue my beliefs. Just sharing
God didn't do that. You are following in the footsteps of the person that created all the problems you and all of humanity have today, and you are blaming it on God like he does and causing more problems.
Apples falling from trees yes?
God on the other hand, gave you life and yet.... look at the ungratefulness. Like a child slapping the life giving food from the parents hands while being fed... tisk tisk what a shame.
Anywho, haz a good one.
I thought G_d would interrupt... My bad!
I finally realized my problem with taking religion seriously. Everytime I see "God" I replace the word with "Santa"... Hmm....
Funny your username has the word eternal in it. If you have no belief in God you won't be spending eternity with Santa Hmmm....
Besides, I wish I could believe in God. I'm not one of those athiests who's glad He doesn't, because personally Heaven sounds pretty great...
If you're sincere, email me. I enjoy trying to understand genuine people's perspectives anyway. There is never such a thing as listening too much.
But that's up to you, I just like to offer and lay my cards out there.
By the way, awesome photo.
Damn! don't you strange flat earth believers not ever give up on any opportunity to suck anyone in ??? Along with the normal "Oh! such an awesome avater" You creep me right out !!!
Did you read the post you freaking ego peanut?
I said I like hearing other poeple's views you know-it-all smart mouth.
You know what creeps me out? people that act like they understand the entire cosmos... Go eat a bamboo shoot!
Now that is a true christian response, first it is "come into my dark little room little boy" - then spitting insults and showing your lack of - lack of - well everything really.
I did read your creepy post - "If you're sincere, email me. I enjoy trying to understand genuine people's perspectives anyway. There is never such a thing as listening too much. "
There is not a person who has experienced this kind of creepy christian approach who does not recognise it for what it is, and the dull intellect behind it.
If There is a god, and it did create this world. It obviously wasn't anything like it is today. According to the bible, (Whichever religion you go by) there were only two people on the earth when it was first created. So how could two people possibly be thought of as pathetic? I imagine it was once a lush beautiful place, that has been ruined many times over my mans growing greed.
God didn't make the world pathetic, it just got there real quick.
"Why did God make such a pathetic world?"
Because there is no god.
I'm going to bring my lab rat forum back. LOL
Why did he ? First there is no 'he', second the world was not made by anyone, and last the world is far from pathetic. Worldview comes from within each person and the better we see the better the world looks.

I have read a number of views here from both Atheists and Believers especially with regards to starving children in Africa. First of all let me start by saying that I am African, born, bred and raised in Africa. When we speak about Africa and its problems you must understand that God has nothing to...

Why Did God Create Satan?
by eagle77 14 years ago
why do people find it so hard to believe there is a God? or that there is a supernatural realm? yet we here about demons and supernatural activity and feel a kind of natural drawing towards these things and I guess we dismiss it because we fear the unknown... yet our spirits know its real!!! anyone...

I just posted the below in another thread, but, because it can get lost within all the other posts, I decided to repeat it in it's own new thread. Here it is:I am so amazed!!I look at the human body, and with what little I know, it is SSSOOO intricate, complex and perfectly well tuned to function,...

How do you know the difference between the False Christ and the Real Christ? As Christians we believe a false Messiah will arrive before the Real Deal, but how can we tell the difference between the two. Satan will be copying Christ to a T... but what will Satan be missing that Christ is? What...
