            Yes I'm a Taurus. I assume that I don't get along with Taurus people because they are just as strong-willed and "bossy" as I am, making interacting with them difficult. I'm accustomed to leading and being in control; but if they are too, then there will be some problems with who's in charge. I'm not so proud of this part of being a Taurus.

               The energy of taurus is solidly on the earth. They stand their ground with the energy of spring time. I find them happy and pleasant on the surface, until something strikes them… then they will not budge. Like a Bull. I like them. They have common sense and determination. They are not superficial in general. They are not afraid of taking their time to determine a course of action. Do I sound like an astrology book author yet?

   Hi, deecoleworld. I see you are trying again. Astrology just seems to be too much mumbo jumbo these days. At least around here.
     ...so to answer you since I am still interested:
   I have sun and three planets in Cancer. I always wind up having to deal with Aries. Why? Because my fourth house is in Aires!  Oh, they are so tiresome to me, but I guess they have something to teach me!  Sigh.
   It really is the only sign I just don't get. Cancer is square to Libra as well, but I like Libra people just fine.
   I have always gotten crushes on Capricorns which are the opposite of Cancer, but recently, I have discovered Capricorns are just too uptight for me. I have a Pisces influence with Sun in that decadent, so I enjoy people around me who understand emotions and feelings. I do not enjoy people who are tyrannical and overly self-absorbed. I am always surprised to run into this type of person. But, they do end up in my life quite often! Luckily they get bored of me. LOL

      Heyy Kathryn L Hill!!! Of course I am trying, look at my profile, I mostly write astrology hubs!!!! You know I can understand why Aries can be tiresome (btw I am an Aries sun sign lol). I have an Aries sun and I know a couple of Aries moons, and they are soo tiresome to me!!! I still love my sign but that moon placement (though fun, can really annoy me)!! Is your first house/ rising sign in Capricorn?? If it is maybe that's another reason why you crush on Capricorns so much?
      
      I understand the thing about enjoying people who understand your emotions and feelings. I got Venus in Pisces and that is very important too me!!!!! I also got a Scorpio moon so I need it lol!!!!

         Well, How did you guess!  I do have Capricorn rising and now you know which house my sun is in! Ha ha ha!   Uranus is right there too so I am always dealing with unusual and genius type people...How I love THEM! (But, they do require patience.)
         
         Aries people end up saving my life. I learn so much from them.
         Their get up and go is what I admire the most.

            Well I just counted back from the Aries fourth house. Aries 4th house, Pisces 3rd house, Aquarius 2nd house, Capricorn 1st house. I know someone that is very Uranus, its hard to keep up with them!!! and they are soo smart!!!
            
            Idk, if I am psychic, but I am more emotional and I feel l can read people good. I guess its make me understand people's emotions more (without them telling me) and I am more empathetic.
            
            P.S. I know for a fact if I had a Venus in Aries, I will be sooo mean!!!!

               I figured out that basically astrology coordinates with the nature of the seasons. Of course someone born in April has the energy of initiating action: Spring sends forth small shoots of new growth when the snow is melting, as the earth turns nearer to the sun on its axis according to its tilt. In the summer the earth is closest to earth and so Cancers like water, (baby turtles are born then), and Leos are robust with mirth and energy, This is when when the trees are green, vegetables are growing and flowers are blooming profoundly. Then in the fall, Virgos gather in the harvest and count the inventory. Libras distribute the harvest with love. Then in winter, Sagittarius gather in the necessary survival energy for winter.  Capricorns endure and maintain their strength until Aquarians bring forth the melting snow waters which release us from the frozen restrictions of the cold winter.
               
               I think we are born according to what is conducive to our natures. Astrology does not affect us, but we harmonize with the energies of the seasons (and according the cycle of air, fire, earth and water within each season) and come in at the appropriate time. We can change our energies through a change in behavior and habits. If we have to endure rebirth we are born in accordance to those changes… in other words, we are not enslaved by our charts. We always have free will. And this should be comprehended. Astrology shows where you have been, not necessarily where you are going.

      Aha, a Cancer-no wonder you are for large families.  Cancer is the sign of motherhood and families.   Cancer is also very maternal in mindset, outlook, and consciousness.  Cancer loves children.  If they do not have children of their own, they usually have a vocation which is associated w/children.  You are right that Cancer is very traditional and loves the past.  History and archaeology are of interest to Cancer.  They value the old/tradition because it has a history and familiarity whether than the new which is unfamiliar territory.  Cancer is an upholder of traditional values which describes you Kathryn to a "T".  Astrology is quite an interesting subject.  By the way, I am a Virgo......

         Oops, I meant rather not whether, faux pas on my part. Sorry.   Oh yes, I have a Pluto in Leo and my Virgo dyad is in Leo.  A dyad  is a 2 1/2 degree subdivision of the decanate which is 10 degrees.  So my Virgo decanate is in Taurus and my dyad is in Leo.  I would say that my Virgo is 28 degrees.

Do you like small animals and pets?  Do you tend to care about those around you and are sensitive to their needs?
      
      ...gmwilliams:  My venus is in Virgo so I know what it is to be virgo-ish… kind of perfectionist, idealistic and critical of all that is not the ideal. Virgo people are generally clean freaks, refined and sensitive, yet practical. They love details and order. Yes? Do you have anything in Leo which would explain your love of glamour and riches?

         So as long as you can fit me to one of 50 attributes its a fit? Overall I felt the Cancer description least of the 12. That's one reason why I do not use this information in my social or professional interactions.

      Just because one is a Cancer, it does not necessarily means that you will have children, even like children.  Astrology is more than one's sun sign.  It is composed of one's moon sign, mercury sign etc.; it also contains aspects e.g. sextiles, opposites, squares, quintiles etc.  All these factors compose one's birth chart.  Although you are a Cancer, you may have an overemphasis of fire or air signs in your chart which may influence you not to have children.  It is an individual thing.

   My mother was the quinessential Virgo-she made Felix Unger look like a slob.  She had three planets in Virgo.   Although I am a Virgo, I am not a neat freak.  I am neat to a point.  I am also not conventional.  I lean towards the creative side.  I have 5 planets in water signs plus a water ascendant, Pisces.  Oh yes, I have a Venus in Scorpio.  I can be quite temperamental when provoked; it isn't pretty at all.  I can also hold grudges.

      The great thing about astrology is that it can pinpoint where you need to change to free yourself.
      Knowing where my moon and mars are, both in fire signs, prevents me from rushing into much trouble.

      I know someone with a lot of planets (I think 4 planets?) in Virgo and they are crazy virgo like!!!!  I know a lot of Virgos, and I like understanding what makes them all different and unique!!!! I know 2 virgos with the same birthday and they are completely different!!!!
      
      That is a lot of planets in water, I got 3 planets in water signs and  I think that is too much!!!! I do like that my planets represent all the elements, makes me more balanced which I am grateful for!!!!
      
      I can understand about personal planets in Scorpio!!!! I got moon and pluto in Scorpio, plus a bunch of pluto aspects and scorpio can be diffilcult no matter what planet/placement!!!! I thank God for my Venus in Pisces. P.S. I know someone with a Venus in Scorpio. I understand this person a lot and  I guess we can unconsciously relate and get each other. Venus Scorpio people are very loyal and can be soo secretive (this coming from a scorpio moon) I would say they can be controlling and manipulative too (Venus is in detriment along with Aries!!!
      Astrology is sooo damn interesting!!!!

   To answer my own question: What zodiac signs do you don't get along with? Why?
   
   Its not specific to zodiac signs, more like placements
   
   Fire Moons especially Leo moons
   I am an Aries Sun, but Aries moons are too emotionally selfish/ volatile for me. They are fun, energetic, playful and inspiring but they are too much too me (just too much!!!!). Plus they can be childish and throw frequent emotional temper tantrums. That's probably cuss I got a Scorpio moon (and I crave emotional depth an emotional understanding/blending), plus emotionally immaturity annoys me.
   
   Leo Moons/Leo Suns
   I have a love hate relationship with Leo Suns/Leo moons. It usually starts out as love and turns into hate (then love again). I can't completely hate them, but I can't completely love them. I feel their egos gets in the way of a lot of things. I have a Venus in Pisces that wants someone to be emotionally sensitive and understand me (in a purely psychic water sign way) and pretty much I want to blend my soul with another.  While I have moon in Scorpio that wants emotional depth and emotional understanding/blending in all relationships (and feelings/emotions). My moon pretty much is in control of all my planets most of time (I am also Plutonian, don't know what that means google it!!!). I got good bullshit detector and what I pretty much want someone (friends, family, lovers, etc.) to be completely honest with me (even if its painful and embarrassing), I will do the same for the people that I value and love.
   Anyway as I said before their egos get in the way a lot of this process. I understand it maybe difficult thing to do (to show your weaknesses and ugliness) but its a worthwhile experience. I feel  Leo moons/Leo suns are unwilling to be completely honest (and let their weaknesses show. I feel that if you are not constantly praising Leo moons/Leo suns and call them out on something/give them constructive criticism (in a respectful way) they will feel you are attacking them and disrespecting them (from what I understand the Leo moons/Leo suns I know can't take constructive criticism at all). Also I feel Leo's go out their way to do things to receive praise and attention (not necessarily out of kindness, but for their own ego which I find ingenuine/fake) This is based on my personal experiences with close friends/past friends (this does not APPLY TO ALL Leo moons/Leo suns) and I hope Leo moons/Leo suns don't too offended (I know your egos are too sensitive).
   
   Venus Virgos
   That's because its opposite my Venus in Pisces. I know a lot of Venus in Virgos (along with a lot of Virgos), and I feel Venus in Virgos can be self-restrained/too reserved, aloof, too logical and not as understanding. I do like their calmness and how grounded they are
   
   Aquarius suns, I used to not like them (been bullied by a couple), but in most recent years I have met some wonderful ones, now I am warming up to them.
   
   I probably got more, but these are my immediate ones in my mind.

   I'm a Taurus and my husband is a Scorpio. We aren't suppose to get along, but after all these years together, I still get butterflies around him, and he is attentive, and treats me as loving as he did when we were dating.
   
   I don't know how except, our Moon, Venus, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter, are Trine, and Sextile each other

It is especially  the planets that trine/sextile each other (Moon, Venus, Mars, those are all about relationships) See it depends on the planets and aspects, not necessarily the sun sign!  Do you think you guys are soul mates?          Thank you, I guess that's the reason. We worked hard together, and opened our own business. I know that Saturn and/or Jupiter being Sextile, and Trine, helped there to ? maybe?
