              Pope Alexander was a pope who held his own daughter as his mistress. So no surprise there.

                If that's how you feel. but the bible has a lot of historical facts and prophicies. those are not lies.

                  The bible has some historical facts to mix it with majority of fantasies. The myths in the bible are myths, not facts. It is a lie because it is purported as historical facts. Say "Gone with the wind" has a fact, the civil war, does it make the novel a fact? Same with bible too.
