                  Pope Alexander was a pope who held his own daughter as his mistress. So no surprise there.

                        The bible has some historical facts to mix it with majority of fantasies. The myths in the bible are myths, not facts. It is a lie because it is purported as historical facts. Say "Gone with the wind" has a fact, the civil war, does it make the novel a fact? Same with bible too.

                              There are no true prophesies in bible. Either it is a vague one like that of Nostradamus's that fit anything and followers make it fit, or it is a prophesy written down after the incident and projected backward in time for it to appear as a prophesies and the remaining very few are educated guesses.
